Is there any plan B?
NO!
So who made the plan A anyways?
We did!
If we ourselves made a plan which seemed okay half a century ago, don't you think we either fix the loopholes or prepare and practice plan B for the time being and see if it works?
I am not the one if you think.
Here!
As everyone says, we need to fix the current internal political structure; here we have a master example waiting for us to be adopted. Read on...

As President-elect Barack Obama prepares for inauguration day, his closest advisors and appointees are being put into place. The most recent announcements include Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense and Janet Napolitano as Secretary of Homeland Security.
The decision to keep Gates in the Secretary of Defense position was likely the most controversial, but it spoke volumes to those looking for balance and bipartisan cooperation in the new administration. Gates was appointed by current President George W. Bush, and while he is a registered independent, his service in government has been predominantly conservative. He inherited three wars – war on terror, war in Iraq and the war in Afghanistan – but is now charged with “responsibly ending the war in Iraq through a successful transition to Iraqi control,” according to Obama.
Obama’s vision for an Abraham Lincoln-like “team of rivals” cabinet is well underway, but many point out not to look for many more rivals in key positions.
Can we buy the copyrights for the same trick and try it at home?
(Railways should always be remain with Lalu, at least for 10 years, one guy who made some decent profit, run extra trains and laid new tracks.... work in progress!....... Come on don't be prejudiced!)
This way, the opposition parties together will work on putting their full efforts in making the one department in government they got the best in the nation so to seek majority in next elections!
This way, they will waste less time on walkouts and opposing and criticizing the majority all the time.
This way, they at least get to do something for what they are sent to the parliament.

Ah! Another beautiful clause that I can think of now is that, if there is any party comes up with allies and supporting MPs (MLAs if it is a state level thing), and gets the majority, all the supporting parties and MPs/MLAs must sign on an agreement that they will not withdraw their support or held the government hostage threatening to pull the support causing the government fall or re-elections.
THIS clause, my friends must be introduced.
Re-Elections or instable government causes the nation dearly in terms of economics. (Education too... As government school teachers go on election duty in different villages leaving their pupils behind! They count the votes too!)
The money of poor which is supposed to be used for the betterment of lives of millions of people is wasted in a momentary decision of a fool, who has decided to withdraw the support.
